My work is for personal or private use only, meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.

**I retain rights to the finished piece and may use it for commercial purposes, **this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

No one is allowed to use my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token) or AI generation

Commissions are not first come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order i feel uncomfortable with the work, and work with clients whose orders i feel passionate about.

FOR ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS: Any edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase; once sketch is approved i start working on lineart ➝ coloring ➝ etc. I will only send a preview of the sketch before i finish working on the commission, so if you desire to see intermediate WIPs for lineart or flat colors please ask beforehand.

I require a, 1-2 week (regular illustration) or 2-5 week (live2d model/rig) window for finishing the commission. This window starts when I begin your commission, and not when you take a slot or are added to the waitlist.

Regular Illustrations & Animations:
Full payment will be sent beforehand or at sketch approval, and via Paypal invoice.

2D Models & Rigging:
30% will be asked for upfront to start the commission. After the remaining payment is paid you will receive the model, and via Paypal invoice.

Refunds will not be issued after sketches unless I am unable to complete the commission. In which case, I will inform you and take the initiative.

I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) for any usage including but not limited to: virtual youtuber graphics,album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.

For merchandise design, it's one-time fee of +200% of the total price

Commission Application taken via Google Forms; in the week following the closing of the applications, I will be contacting those whose applications were accepted

I will confirm the final quote with client

Invoice sent to client (via PayPal)

Invoice is paid; work on the commission begins

Progress videos or pictures are sent to the client throughout the work period; adjustments are made according to any feedback

Once the model is complete, I will send a .zip file with the runtime model folder for Vtube Studio.

If there any any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files.

If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.

If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling. I will prioritize any current commission I am working on over any adjustments or additions for past models.
